Research
I am a theoretical physicist with broad interests united by two approaches to very different subjects. One approach is fluid mechanics spanning from laminar flows of electrons in graphene to turbulent flows in pipes and oceans. Another approach is information theory, which I treat as a generalization of statistical mechanics and apply to non-equilibrium phenomena.
